Property Usability Workshop

Typically, our property usability workshops only last an hour, but take an estimated 1-2 weeks to prepare for and complete a summary report. More workshops can be scheduled on an hourly basis.

This is a virtual MS Teams or in-person workshop that helps our clients communicate their vision, priorities, goals, and understand the potential of their property options and how to create places that are comfortable, usable, and sustainable.

This is a flat-fee appointment which requires our team to prepare, schedule an hour in our calendar, and deliver insights and recommendations.

We understand that sometimes plans change and meetings may need to be rescheduled. However, please note that any meeting cancellations or rescheduling of less than 24 hours notice will be charged a $100 fee in addition to the workshop fee.

This workshop fee is refundable if requested more than 24 hours in advance of the scheduled time.

Personalized Usability Priorities

Our presentation and summary report will include a list of personalized usability priorities that are specific to the needs and preferences of our clients. These priorities will be based on the information gathered during the discovery workshop.

Your Tasks, Pains, and Gains

Our report will include information about the tasks, pains, and gains of our clients as it relates to their current living situation. This will provide insight into the specific needs and preferences of our clients and will inform our recommendations for property development.
